A Grief and Loss Coach can offer you a caring heart; someone who listens and understands your pain to help you begin your journey of healing.

As a Grief and Loss Coach I:

• am trained to listen objectively and without judgment to help you regain
  some measure of perspective
• work with you to understand the behaviors and emotions that are a
  normal part of grief
• will guide you in the weeks and months ahead as you begin to rebuild
  your life, one step at a time
• help you create strategies for changes and support you through those changes
• help you find additional resources in the event you need additional care
• would be an added help to you during or after therapy or post-traumatic
  stress counseling
  
• guide you in putting your life in balance and begin to effectively
  managing your stress

Individual coaching sessions over the telephone:

Monthly coaching includes three (3) 50-minute phone sessions per month plus brief emails and occasional 5 to 10 minute phone call contact throughout the month. 

In-person coaching sessions are available to local NJ clients.
